We know that there may be times that you are not happy about a particular issue. We at Honeydew Healthcare Ltd take complaints very seriously and aim to continually use feedback to improve the service.
Our Complaints Policy and Procedures requires that you are aware of your right to complain and ensure that all complaints are dealt with quickly, effectively and appropriately. The whole process is backed by a series of standardised documentation in line with our document control procedures.
The Business Manager who is responsible for Compliance and Quality Assurance collates a summary of complaints outcomes and impact upon service design and delivery. The report is then tabled as a fixed agenda item at the monthly Executive meeting. Actions emanating from these meetings are cascaded to respective teams and incorporated into action plans and staff supervision as appropriate.
